Principals and employees and their immediate families of Madame Chocolat, Inc. and Diamond Cutters International, the sponsors and/ or their affiliates and subsidiaries and the other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Promotion are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state or provincial and local laws apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. To enter the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes, go to www.madame-chocolat.com/goldenticket. Then simply fill in the required fields on the online entry form to find out if you are a Finalist. Golden Ticket Finalists must submit their entry by 5:59 p.m. PST on the closing date of February 14, 2009.
All Golden Ticket Finalist entries received by 5:59pm PST on February 14, 2009, will be eligible for random drawing for the hand made Diamond and Platinum Necklace by Diamond Cutters International valued at $8,500.00. You will automatically be entered into the drawing by completing and submitting the sweepstakes entry form. Upon receipt of your timely entry, your Official Golden Ticket 10-digit Number will be assigned and registered to you at Madame Chocolat, Inc. There will be a random drawing after 6:00pm PST on February 14, 2009 to determine one winner from the Golden Ticket Finalist holders.
Limit one free distributed Golden Ticket request per individual and per e-mail address by online request from www.madame-chocolat.com/goldenticket. The free Golden Ticket is available only online and cannot be given at the retail store of Madame Chocolat, Inc. or Diamond Cutters International. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. Madame Chocolat, Inc. assumes no liability for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, or incomplete requests.
You may have multiple entry opportunities if you acquire various Golden Tickets with different 10 digit Official Golden Ticket Numbers. Once entered and verified, the Official Golden Ticket Number is automatically voided, cancelled and rendered unusable and cannot be used again or for any other purpose. Each Official Golden Ticket Number can only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Official Golden Ticket Number will be void. No groups, clubs or organizations can submit entry or participate in the Sweepstakes. Madame Chocolat, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of invalid entry attempts on a daily basis, at any time and without prior notice.
Golden Tickets may be obtained only through: 1) The retail purchase of any size boxed chocolates from Madame Chocolat, Inc. either in person or by www.madame-chocolat.com. 1 Golden Ticket inside each box; and or 2) No purchase necessary by requesting 1 Golden Ticket from www.madame-chocolat.com/goldenticket as described in these rules; and or 3) at Diamond Cutters International office. Golden Tickets obtained through any other means are void. Golden Tickets and/or Golden Ticket Finalists and/or entries cannot be sold, transferred, traded, bartered, auctioned (including through internet auction sites) or given away.
All Golden Tickets are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Madame Chocolat, Inc. and its authorized agents. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Golden Tickets will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by Madame Chocolat, Inc. and its agents in their sole discretion to be any of the following: duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, cut, torn, erased or blank in whole or in part, illegible in whole or in part, smudged, disassembled or altered from the form in which it was issued, stolen, transferred, bartered, traded or auctioned (including, but not limited to an online Internet auction site), unissued, unauthorized, illegitimately obtained, or if they fail to contain special markings, inks and/or security codes that may be applied by Madame Chocolat, Inc. at the time of production, or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Madame Chocolat, Inc. for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error.
To become eligible for random drawing for the Diamond and Platinum Necklace by Diamond Cutters International from this promotion, whether you purchase chocolates or not, follow the instructions on the www.madame-chocolat.com website. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN! PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN ENTRY'S CHANCE OF WINNING.
The total number of Official Golden Tickets Numbers distributed by Madame Chocolat, Inc. throughout the promotion period is approximately 2,000 based upon an estimated number of Golden Tickets printed at the time of printing of these Golden Ticket Official Rules, given away or obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned above or through the "No Purchase Necessary" method of entry. Promotion materials are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels. The Golden Ticket, Official Golden Ticket Number, and/or Golden Ticket Finalist have no cash value. All Golden Tickets expire at the end of the promotion period; any unused or not registered Official Golden Ticket Numbers remaining after 5:59pm PST shall be void. Madame Chocolat, Inc. assumes no liability for discrepancies, omissions, inconsistencies or errors in the Official Golden Ticket Numbers entered as a result thereof as reported on the Website. If any part of any Golden Ticket or Golden Ticket Finalist is counterfeited, or if the Golden Ticket or Golden Ticket Finalist comes from other games or promotions, or if any part is illegible, mutilated, eaten or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the Golden Ticket or Golden Ticket Finalist, as applicable, will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid.

How To Play:

• Once you have received a Golden Ticket, you must enter the Official Golden Ticket Number found on the Golden Ticket at www.madame-chocolat.com/goldenticket with your name and email address. Once you submit this required information, you will immediately receive notification through a computerized random process if you are a Finalist or you have a non-winning ticket.
• If you are a non-winning ticket holder, you can play again by obtaining a new Golden Ticket as specified in these Official Golden Ticket Rules.
• If you are a Golden Ticket Finalist, you will be directed to submit electronically more information to register for the random drawing of the Diamond and Platinum Necklace valued at $8,500.00 at the end of the Promotion after 6pm PST on February 14, 2009. You are required to complete in its entirety the entry form. Once received by Madame Chocolat, Inc. you will receive confirmation via email that you have officially registered for the random drawing for the Diamond and Platinum Necklace. Odds of receiving a Golden Ticket Finalist are 1 in 10.
• One winner will be randomly selected from the Golden Ticket Finalist at the end of the Promotion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of non-winning entrants received during the promotional period. The One Winner will be notified by phone, mail, email or in person at our option. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. The Diamond and Platinum Necklace is not transferable, cannot be assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash. Neither the sponsors or their affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner's acceptance or use of the prize. The Winner will be notified by Madame Chocolat, Inc. within 30 days of the drawing. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, the winner grants to Madame Chocolat, Inc. and Diamond Cutters International (and confirm such grant in writing upon request) the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known, including without limitation TV, radio, internet, the winner's name, address, voice, biographical data, statement, picture or other likeness (including without limitation posting of name/city/state online at the Web Site within the Winner's board section) without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Madame Chocolat, Inc. and Diamond Cutters International, without additional compensation, consideration, review or consent in connection with this Golden Ticket Sweepstakes. The winner's name may be obtained after February 15, 2009. It will be posted on www.madame-chocolat.com and at Diamond Cutters International.
Entries become the property of the Sponsors, which retains all rights including, but not limited to, any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, the right to copy, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and/or use any submissions in any way and in all media without limitation or further consideration. The Sponsor may prohibit you from participation in the sweepstakes if, at their sole discretion, you show a disregard for, or attempt to circumvent these Golden Ticket Official Rules, or act in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper play or conduct of the sweepstakes in any way, or with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsors, or in any other disruptive manner.

Sponsors are not responsible for late or incomplete entries. If a problem occurs in the submission process you should receive an "error" message. However, the responsibility to electronically forward the entry is the entrant's and the Sponsors shall not be responsible for any entry not actually received due to incomplete or improper transmission.
